Business Review: Miss Ollie’s
Earlier this year, I’d gotten wind of an art showing at Miss Ollie’s, a local Caribbean restaurant. I’d wanted to visit Miss Ollie’s for some time; I wanted to see the canvas work of Paul Lewin, first hand. I decided to knock out two birds with one stone, and I had a good time doin’ it.

Basis:
Purchase Process – 3 (If I remember correctly, I was given a small sheet of paper that served as a menu. Items had acronyms next to them that neither the waiter nor host could explain. The chef came out to explain the acronyms to me.)
Customer Service – 5 (Folks were kind and attentive, but not overbearing. )
Product(s) – 5 (I’d never had phoularie before, but it was tasty. It was fresh. I could even taste the freshness of the okra. The plantains were pretty dense, but tasty, too.)
Product Usability – 5 (Really. How hard could it be to eat finger foods.)
That’s it. See ya’ next time.
